Hi, I’m Carl; Here is My Story
Carl’s Backyard Cabin BBQ Sauce is the result of my many years of love for cooking. Over time, as I cooked for work events, friends’ parties, and coworkers, the demand for the sauce grew. Eventually, I owned my own food trailer, and it was then that I decided to start bottling and selling the sauce to the general public after it won an award. I take great pride in being a locally owned and managed small business in Norlina, North Carolina.
